Ashley studied nutritional sciences at Longwood University before continuing her education through Eastern Virginia Medical School. She later worked in the biotechnology and medical research fields, contributing to the development of diagnostic tools used by large clinical organizations. Throughout her career, she found fulfillment in helping individuals navigate complex situations and make informed decisions that positively impacted their lives.
While her professional path began in healthcare and research, Ashley’s passion for supporting people eventually led her to real estate. In 2023, she and her husband, Chase Blunt, began creating thoughtfully designed vacation homes in the mountains of Virginia. Through that experience, Ashley discovered that what she enjoyed most was not simply improving properties, but helping people find solutions during difficult moments. She realized that real estate provided a unique opportunity to combine her problem solving skills, compassion, and commitment to service in a way that directly impacted families facing uncertainty.
